We aim to ship orders within 3-5 days unless otherwise stated.

Domestic orders are sent via NZ Couriers or Post Haste.

International orders are sent via DHL Express International Courier or FedEx. If you’d like to make an international order please get in touch via our contact form.

Shipping times vary depending on region and order quantity. Duties and tariffs may apply.

Due to new EU trade regulations we are unable to offer our perfumes for sale on the EU market at this time. EU customers interested in Element perfumes are invited to contact us directly.

Every order is packed with care to ensure safe delivery.

Free delivery within NZ for orders over $150

On receipt of your ‘fumes, it is best to allow up to a week for the perfume to settle before using.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns on our products. Please choose carefully when placing an order. Our samplers are a great way to get to know our fumes.

Product proven lost or damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.
